"I have two other mini splits that cost way more and have fewer features. This unit is fantastic. This was easy to install with my brothers help who happens to be a technician and comes with all the bells and whistles. I would buy again when I need another one. Plus I did have to call customer service regarding delivery issues, but they were fantastic and helped solve the problem right away to get me my unit."

love it. great heat and cooling, and quiet!
"I was surprised at how quiet it runs, and the evening I fired it up, it was 38F outside. The unit was producing over 102F inside! Only had it for a week, so can't comment on reliability yet, but quality wise the units seem very well built. I installed the unit myself. (first time A/C install). I'm an engineer."

Very quiet
"This unit has 3 zones. Everything connected and worked as described. It is amazingly quiet inside and outside. It keeps our tiny home cool and comfortable. It s been running since March of 2023. No problems. We are getting another to replace the unit in our other home.I haven t had to run the heater yet. I will let you know."
