I would definitely by this product again.
"I purchased a dual zone system. Here's the good: 1) Good value. You get a lot for the price. 2) Support is probably they best I've ever experienced with any product. The support team is incredibly knowlegable about the operation and it's technical details. Where improvement could be made: 1) The dual zone (likely any multizone) systems must be in the same mode. I know one cant' heat and the other cool at the same time, but the system won't allow one to be just on fan mode and the other to heat or cool at the same time."

"The unit is quiet, sleek and most of all cool. Installation was fine a little hard since we installed it on the ceiling but worth it. 100% worth it. I'm in FL, and the unit is doing an adequate job at cooling the camper mid-summer. The instructions were not great, but it's pretty easy to install if you understand AC units. I'll update the review if there are any issues."
