These units can be conveniently controlled by included remote control, optional wall thermostat, or optional wifi app. Universal Floor/Ceiling units are available in 18K, 24K, 36K, 48K, and 60K Btu/h models.

"The good: It cranks out cold air, no doubt about it. Even on the hottest days, it keeps the space comfortable. The heat pump function? Surprisingly effective. We had a few chilly nights, and it warmed things up quickly. The remote is pretty straightforward, and the different modes are useful. I like the 'Follow Me' thing; it actually makes a difference. The not-so-good: It's not whisper-quiet, especially when it first kicks on. It's not loud, but you definitely know it's there. Also, that optional WiFi control?
