All three sizes are capable of operating as traditional central ducted systems when paired with a compatible single zone outdoor unit.

"I had a professional install the unit, and they mentioned it was a pretty straightforward process. The only minor snag was that the manual could be a little clearer in a few spots. But overall, no major issues. The difference in comfort is night and day. My old unit struggled to keep up on hot days, and some rooms were always hotter than others. This Midea system keeps the entire house at a steady, comfortable temperature. The real surprise, though, is how quiet it is. You can barely hear it running, even when it's working hard. I also appreciate the variable speed compressor and fan; it seems to maintain the temperature much more efficiently than my old unit, which was always either full blast or off."
