The Quaternity Series provides energy efficient, comfort control for one room. This unit is a cooling system with a heat pump. It includes both the indoor and outdoor units as well as a remote control for your convenience. The streamlined, wall-mounted pairs with a quiet, compact outdoor unit. Offering air conditioning and heating, this mini split has it all. Daikin focuses on efficiency.
With outside temperatures as low as 14°F, this single zone unit will keep cooling. It will cool with outside temperatures ranging from 14°F up to 109°F. If you choose to add an optional wind baffle (KPW937C4, sold separately), your system can continue to cool at much lower temperatures. The heat pump will continue to heat the room as long as the outdoor temperature is above -4°F. This unit is optimized for great performance in many distinct climates.
Daikin is the world leader in cooling technology. They include many standard features in each mini split unit. A variable speed compressor with inverter technology is energy efficient and offers quiet operation. Inverter technology allows the unit to scale production up or down based on the needs of the room. This decreases temperature variations, supplying you with the right amount of cooling and heating comfort. The wall mounted indoor unit provides super quiet operation packed into a space saving design.
Standard features of the Quaternity Series includes Econo and Stand-by modes, mold resistant washable air filter, auto-swing (horizontal and vertical), auto fan speed, night set mode, dry function, fan only and on/off timer. This heat pump includes features such as auto changeover and hot start function. The outdoor compressor features quiet operation and a slim, compact design that will be relatively unnoticeable in any outdoor installation. Plus, it includes an Anti-Corrosion Treatment on the heat exchanger to protect your system from the outside environment.

The Daikin Quaternity Series mini split systems come with a 5 year parts and compressor warranty that is expandable to 12 years parts and compressor as long as the unit is registered after installation.
