"The unit came in great condition. The packaging even looked great. I had all the parts included and I found it pretty easy to install. I had done hours of research and I believe it helped with the install. Never having installed a unit like this, there is always questioning going on in your mind. I have been using this unit a month now and still am very pleased. It is whisper quiet both inside and out and keeps my entire single floor house very cool and comfortable and seems to be just idling.
