"Had professionally installed and have had literally zero issues. I live in the inland northwest, summer is multiple days of 100 heat and months of sub zero and freezing temps. I just make sure the outdoor unit is clean and free of debris. This unit has paid for itself already as my heat bills are generally half from my straight electric furnace.
