"First off, the hyper-heat thing? Seriously, it's not just marketing. We had a few nights dip way below freezing, and the system just kept pumping out warm air like it was nothing. I was expecting a huge energy bill, but with that 23 SEER rating, it's actually been lower than before. I'm still wrapping my head around that. And the quiet! Oh my god, the quiet. "I was looking to purchase a 4 zone mini split from one of Mini Split Warehouse competitors. They didn't have a phone number to get in touch with them. So I emailed them to get some initial information. There response was so hurried that they didn't even get my questions answered. Through some searching I found Mini Split Warehouse. They have a phone number, so they answered my questions, helped me with sizing the kit and emailed me a quote for the cost. They have an ongoing communication record so whenever you call or email they know what you were talking about on the last conversation. We bought this system for the air conditioning as our house has no shade what so ever. This last summer was very pleasant to be indoors. A big change from the past."
