"Definitely not a DIY install for most people. This is a large system, and I had a professional handle it. Everything came as expected, and the install tech said the setup was pretty standard. The indoor unit is bigger than I expected, but it makes sense for the size and capacity. If you need serious cooling/heating power for a large area, this unit delivers. It s not the most high-tech or ultra-efficient system, but it s reliable, strong, and does exactly what it s supposed to. Great value for the performance.
