"The 18,000 BTU rating is no joke. It cools my large living room/dining area down incredibly fast. It maintains a consistent temperature without any noticeable fluctuations. The 18 SEER rating was a major selling point for me, and I'm already seeing the benefits on my energy bill. It's definitely more efficient than my old unit, and I appreciate the energy-saving features like the sleep mode and timer. The initial cost is an investment. Bad shipping company; ESTES.
"Haven t installed equipment yet but haven t had problems in the past. Every time they use ESTES shipping company, we have some sort of issue, this time ESTES uncrated load and put outdoor unit on its side.
