Ordering
Here you will find information on ordering. 
Will my order include everything I need to install the system?
Each listing is different, most include the indoor unit, outdoor unit and controller. Some listings also include the copper line and wire. However this is not everything you need for installation. You need an outdoor power source, a power cable from the power source to the outdoor unit, a pad or bracket to mount the outdoor unit, a line cover kit to cover the exposed lineset on the exterior of the building, a drain line, and most important of all a HVAC technician to properly connect the pipes, vacuum and leak check, and start-up of the system. You can also consider a surge protector, since the primary failure on mini split units is due to power fluctuations causing the PCB to go bad. Your Technician may or may not need a service port adapter so his gages fit the service port of a mini split. You may or may not need a condensate pump, depends on where you plan to install the indoor unit. If you can gravity drain through the wall, then you shouldn't need one.

What length copper line set and wire should I use?
How far apart do you plan to mount the inside unit away from the outside unit? Depending on this answer you can choose a system that has 12', 15', 25', or 50'. Anything larger than that you would need your contractor to just add on what you need they sell most of the soft copper you need at your local super store, its often cheaper if they provide it at cost rather than buying it at full retail. Most ductless mini split ac systems are pre-charged for 25', so any lines longer than that, more freon will need to be added.
How do I order parts?
If you do not see the part you need, or if you see the part but you do not see your specific moidel listed- please email us before ordering. Email: parts@minisplitwarehouse.com , We will need info like: make/model, pictures or description of the old part,and any other information you may have that will help us to locate your part. Once we do the legwork, we will add your part or model to our site, then you can order.

How long will it take?
Most orders ship next day, and can take anywhere from 2-7 business days to reach your address. Shipping times vary, as most ac systems are sent freight instead of ground.

What do I do when receiving/picking up my delivery?
ALL FREIGHT MUST BE OPENED & INSPECTED AT TIME OF DELIVERY, REJECT/NOTE ALL DAMAGED UNITS (IF ANY). Important Steps to follow when receiving your delivery: 1. Take delivery ticket from driver. 2. Open and inspect each box for damages, and compare the packing list box count to the quantity of boxes delivered. 3. Sign delivery ticket, and NOTE ANY DAMAGES (including minor damages to the boxes) and/or MISSING BOXES. 4. Give signed & noted ticket to the driver, keep the carbon copy for your records. be sure to note any external damages seen on the boxes (no matter how small).
Returns

How long do I have to make a return?
You have 30 days to return any un-opened, and un-installed product. You pay the return shipping and the original outgoing shipping cannot be refunded. Please note, if the product does not work, the manufacturer will troubleshoot and provide a replacement if it is confirmed defective.
How do I return items?
You would return them in the same fashion we delivered them to you. For instance, if you ordered a system, and it was delivered on a wooden pallet (strapped and wrapped) - then you would return it to us in the same manner. If your item was delivered ground, then ground should be the way to send it back to us. Please make sure the shipments are insured, we cannot be responsible for damages done by the shipping company.
Do I need authorization to do a return?
Yes, you need to contact us regarding the return before sending it back. This way we can confirm if the product is still new in the box (we often ask for pictures). Also, we can use our shippers to quote the return shipping if you like- or you can use your own shipper. (All shipping charges are non-refundable). 
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims processing, what to know. 
How does a claim get filed.
If you are having an issue, your need to have your HVAC technician contact the correct tech support for your brand. 

They will assist the technician with proper troubleshooting procedures to confirm the issues, which is normally found in the service manual (if your tech doesnt have this, he isnt able to perform proper troubleshooting)

1. We will need to know the outdoor model and serial number, along with ALL the indoor units connected to it - if applicable (models and serials). Keep in mind, if you have a thermostat connected, we will also need to know the model and serial off the back of the thermostat. 

2. A video or pictures showing the issue (whatever it may be)- along with all the wiring between the indoor and outdoor unit needs to be verified (sure would be silly if your issue is a simple missing or broken wire). This picture or video should also show the incoming power line, aswell as confirming the voltage and amps.
